A prospective study of all early life epilepsies focused on their evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and early outcomes. Children from birth to 3 years of age with new onset epilepsy were followed prospectively for one year. Developing standards of care and identifying priority areas for research using a modified Delphi process. This project incorporated expert opinion from providers and patient’s families in North America to identify areas of consensus regarding evaluation of Dravet syndrome, use of genetic testing, treatment and ongoing management.
